Meet Rachel Knutsen

I grew up between Ogden and Perry, which gave me a deep love for wide open spaces, fresh air, and seeing potential where others might miss it. These days, I live in Madrid with my fiancé Pat, our five awesome kids, and four very opinionated cats. Life's a little chaotic, but we still sneak away to camp, fish, and treasure hunt for antiques whenever we can. I’m also a sucker for storm chasing and game nights (snacks are non-negotiable).

Before real estate, I worked in bookkeeping, event planning, creative marketing, and writing—so I bring a sharp eye, strategic mindset, and a whole lot of heart to every client relationship. I’m detail-obsessed (in a good way), highly responsive, and genuinely love learning what matters most to the people I work with.
