We received an offer on our old home within days of being on the market for full asking price and I know that was due to Kristin's help in getting our home ready to sell. Our offer was about $20K more than other agents said we'd ever get. Trust her, she knows her stuff. We also got an amazing deal on our dream home and she helped us through a crazy closing process with the seller. She kept us at ease and helped us understand each step. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would highly recommend Kirstin, and I have many times."

"Buying and selling a house with Kristin was the best decision! She gave us the tools and advice to get our house sold quickly and helped us buy and sell in the middle of a pandemic without any issues. I can not recommend her enough."

"I have known Kristin for a few years. She sold our house for us quickly and painlessly. I hope I don’t move again for a very long time, if I do I will call Kristin to do it again. I would also recommend her to family and friends."

"Kristin was amazing as usual! We have now bought two homes and sold one home with Kristin and it has been great both times! She is very knowledgeable and does care about what you want in a home. She was able to explain any questions that we had and assisted with anything that came up during the process."

"Kristin was both our seller agent in the sale of our home and the buyer agent of our new home in late 2020. She is phenomenal! She walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, and followed up to make sure all of as well. In the almost 2 years since we moved, she still answers questions that we have (we receiv..."

"Kristin was both our seller agent in the sale of our home and the buyer agent of our new home in late 2020. She is phenomenal! She walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, and followed up to make sure all of as well. In the almost 2 years since we moved, she still answers questions that we have (we received an easement notice last year and had questions on mud jacking and gas fireplace recommendations in just the past month). I highly recommend her."
